Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t work out as planned, and we’re here to help make the return process as easy as possible.

How it works:

• We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" return policy for all fashion items.

• Use the Pre-paid Shipping Label found inside your original delivery box.

• The Drop-off: Simply take your package to any local post office or shipping drop-off point.

• The Refund: Once our warehouse scans your package, your refund is processed automatically within 48 hours.

Important Reminders:

• Item Condition: Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Depending on your payment method, it may take around 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
